Marshmallow Flavored Cupcakes!

5 Egg Whites,
100g of Sugar,
100g of Flour,
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice,
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract,
1/2 Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar.

1. Beat the egg whites with the Cream of Tartar and Lemon Juice, while gradually adding the sugar until the egg whites are stiff and glossy.
2. Sift in the flour and fold it in portions gently until all combined.
3. Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake at 180 degree Celsius for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean! Enjoy your cupcakes! :)
