Moist Butter Cake!

2 Eggs (Seperated),
120ml of Milk,
175g of Cake Flour,
110g of Butter,
200g of Sugar,
1 Tsp of Baking Powder,
1/8 Tsp of Cream of Tartar,
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract.

This cake is absolutely fantastic and is super fluffy and moist. It tastes absolutely fantastic once you spread your favorite frosting on, and is perfect at any Birthday Celebrations or party!

1. Beat the butter and sugar on high speed until light and pale.
2. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Mix the Cake Flour and Baking Powder together in a Medium Bowl.
4. Add the Flour to the Butter mixture and Gradually pour in the alternatively, while mixing slowly.
5. In a clean bowl with clean beaters, whisk the egg whites until it reached the 'hard peak' stage. Take care on not to overwhip!
6. Fold the egg whites gently into the cake batter.
7. Pour the cake batter into a greased cake tin and bake at 180 degree Celsius for about 27-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. Once baked, enjoy this fluffy and moist cake warm, or let it cool and spread on your favorite frosting with pieces of fruit!
