Moist Chocolate Cake!

This Chocolate Cake is full of chocolate flavor and makes it a little bit better for you with the Whole Wheat Flour! This cake is perfect with a Rich Chocolate Icing to compliment your cake, or you can just use your favorite icing! :)

Ingredients;
3 Eggs (Whisked),
1/2 Cup of Sugar (100g),
1/4 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour (35g),
1/4 Cup of Plain Flour (35g),
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder (85g),
1 Tsp of Instant Coffee,
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract,
2 Ounces of Milk Chocolate (Melted),
1/4 Cup of Hot Water.

1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy, while gradually adding the sugar.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, the instant coffee, the vanilla extract, the melted chocolate and the hot water until well incorporated.
3. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
4. Sift in the flours and fold gently until well combined and pour the left over bran from the Whole Wheat Flour into to the cake mixture.
5. Pour the cake batter into a lined cake pan and bake at 180 degree Celsius for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Serve the cake warm, or let it cool and frost with your favorite icing! Enjoy!
