Vanilla Sponge Cake!



Mmm...This cake is the perfect base for any Birthday Cakes or can just be eaten on it's own. :)

Ingredients;
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar (110g),
1/2 Cup of White Sugar (100g),
1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract,
1 Cup of Flour (140g),
2 Tbsp of Hot Water,
6 Eggs (Whisked).

1. Beat the eggs with until light and fluffy, while gradually adding the sugars.
2. Add in the vanilla and mix well.
3. Sift in the Flour gradually into the Eggs and fold it in gently.
4. Add the hot water and mix gently until well incorporated.
5. Pour the batter into a lined cake pan and bake at 180 degree Celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
6. Frost the cake with your favorite icing to make a Birthday Cake or just eat it on it's own with sone Fresh Fruits and Cream! Enjoy!
