Diner-Style Pancakes!



The thought of waking up to plate of Fresh Pancakes! Everyone would think you're a professional chef making these soft and fluffy pancakes! Say 'Good Morning' by Pouring Maple Syrup over a Tab of Butter on a fresh, hot stack of these moist Pancakes! Mmm... Have a go at this recipe! :)

Ingredients;
1 Egg (Seperated),
2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar,
1/2 Cup & 2 Tbsp of Milk,
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract,
1/2 and a 1/4 cup of Flour,
A tab of Butter for Greasing the pan.

1. Whisk together the Egg Yolk, Milk and Vanilla Extract in a Large mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients together (Flour and Brown Sugar).
3. In another bowl, whisk the Egg Whites until it forms stiff peaks.
4. Add the Dry Ingredients into the Wet Ingredients and mix gently. Do not overmix!
5. Fold the Egg Whites into the Pancake batter gently until well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
6. Preheat the Pan on Low to Medium heat and melt the butter.
7. Scoop Pancake batter and Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. With a spatula, flip the pancake!
8. Serve the pancakes warm with a 'dollop' of whipped cream and fruits or with Nutella! Enjoy! :)
